ABS Pools, formerly Alan Barre Swimming Pools, has been established in Shropshire for over twenty-five years and has been responsible for many successful installations of pools throughout Shropshire and adjoining counties.The company is now owned and run by husband and wife team Roger and Sarah Fildes.

As qualified pool engineers, Roger and his assistant John, carry out all of the pool repair and maintenance work. When building new pools Roger will act as consultant and oversee all building work carried out by skilled local builders and sub contractors to ensure the high quality of work throughout. We pride ourselves in the fact that most of our work is for local customers brought to us through our standard of work and reputation.

As members of The Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers and The Guild of Master Craftsmen, we know that our service and products are of the highest quality. We work with only the highest quality pool and accessory suppliers and can arrange anything from a special build installation, costed individually, to a Fast Set above ground pool for occasional use. We believe that the quality of the products we stock must have the most competitive prices. You’d be amazed at just how beautiful and affordable domestic swimming pools can be!

ABS Pools build residential swimming pools but also repair and refurbish all existing pools. We supply to both the domestic and commercial markets.

We provide chemicals, pool accessories, spas, saunas and hydrotherapy pools. We also provide a prompt service and helpful information and advice absolutely free!
